On Thursday, John picked us up 40lbs. of chicken, that's right, 40! This is what that looks like in your fridge:
We ordered from a company called Zaycon Foods and we love it. It's wonderful chicken, so far we have made several dinners of Chicken Pot Pie, Spicy Peanut Chicken, Homemade nugggets for the boys, 13 cups of poached chicken cubed ready for recipes, Coconut-curry chicken tenders, and lots of just frozen plain. Shew, it was a lot of work, but I love having dinners ready to go!
On Friday morning, the boys woke up to some snow stuck on the deck, good times:
Saturday Morning Sweets: Berry Pie and few hours later fruit salad! This kid loves to eat!
What Christmas kids catalogs do you get? Aubrey loves them too but only get a few.
