Sunday and Monday
Grampy and Uncle E are in for the weekend and we are loving it!
Grampy and the boys at work:
Veteran's Day parade:
Our ridiculous bag of candy:
This was a huge line of firetrucks and Si made the siren sound the whole time they went by! Continuously!
Enjoying the fruits of their labor:
Does it get any cuter than this?
Off to the park to burn off some of that candy!
Look at all those kids!;)
Tuesday- Friday
The week started out great but the boys went steadily downhill health wise as the week went on.
Working on his tracing skills:
So proud of him eating cereal like a big boy with milk!
Looking at pics with Daddy:
Ok, so maybe this is only a picture a Reading teacher would love, but do you see the bottom scribbles on the paper? Well, this is the first time Levi has really scribbled like that, mimicing adult-like writing. Before you could see on the top of the paper how he just scribbled using ciricles and dragging the pen or pencil everywhere, but now he is understading that words have meaning. As he was writing he was telling us he was writing Daddy's name, "John Sharp". Haha! There is a "j" and and "l" that is legible. So anyway, yeah it may just look like scribbles, but this is some exciting stuff in the development of a child's reading and writing skills!
Cleaning up a mess: someone dumped out the dog food container.
Resting after all that work!
Daddy got his first deer with a bow this weekend. Here's Levi helping Daddy hang it up:
The boys have taken on the job of feeding the dog, they do an incredible job at it. Levi can do the whole thing completely by himself. Si joins in for the fun too!
Saturday:
So let me tell you what, after this whole week of both boys being sick and at each other, watching them finally coming together and playing nicely was amazing.
Boo, that I can't rotate it on here but you get the point.
Here's another pic of them after bath tonight.
Curly and Mo:
And yes, Si is already wearing Christmas PJs, we start early I guess!
