Sunday
Mommy and Si are still sick so we are watching Dr. Stanley while Daddy and Levi are at church.
Monday
Playing Old Mudd with Levi, found this little gem at Hobby Lobby one day it's pretty much like Go Fish. I'm so impressed, Levi knows about 95% of all of his letters and sounds and that's without hardly any "formal" teaching, no flashcards or worksheets...just play, play, play and making teaching moments happen in everyday life and situations.
A funny moment however is whenever Levi sees the letter "J" he yells out, " ' J' for Si, Momma!". Haha!
Tuesday
The boys playing Frozen...
Coloring: Levi actually colored the whole page today, first time ever!
Wednesday
It's that time of year again... Resurrection Eggs! Yay! This is my favorite holiday to share with my two sons.
Day 1: The Triumphal Entry; Read the story from his Sunday school paper from Sunday and his picture Bible.
Off to church again with Daddy, he's being a cutie-pie. Mommy & Si are still not 100%. :(
Thursday
Good to head outside today and catch some Vitamin D.
Playing outside in the dirt
No pic today, we are doing this more now as a devotional before bed since both boys will actually sit still and listen at this time.
Day 2: Mary bathed Jesus' feet in perfume. Small bottle of perfume to smell. The boys love this one.
Friday
This little boy is just not so little anymore. Here he is fixing his own breakfast:
Pa and Gee came over later with some pizza so Mommy and Daddy could head to Glen Ferris Inn for the Jr/Sr Banquet.
Saturday
Day 3: The Last Supper: A small cup and crackers for a snack
Passing the cup...(has nothing in it)
Teaching the boys the song, "Nothing but the Blood" so we watched a couple different versions of it on Youtube. Leads to some great conversations, did I mention how I love this time of year?!?
BIG day for Si...he's getting his big boy bed from his brother and Levi is getting an even bigger bed! Woohoo!
Levi checking out his "old" bed in Si's room.
Levi waving to me from his new bed.
Si's room has so much extra space now! I think this room might be our new hangout!
Transitioning Si was a complete success! He stayed in his bed all night (minus falling out at 6am), so proud of him!
